Dumbbell bent over row pronated grip
How to do it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with a pronated (overhand) grip, palms facing behind you.
- Bend your knees slightly and lean forward from your hips, keeping your back straight, and let the dumbbells hang at arm's length.
- Pull the dumbbells up towards your lower chest by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells into the starting position and repeat the exercise.
Tips
- Avoid hunching your back.
- Maintain the balance of your body to avoid injury.
- Exhale as you raise the dumbbells and inhale as you lower them down.
