How to do it
- Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells at your sides (palms facing your thighs).
- With your palms facing towards your body, bend one elbow and raise the dumbbell towards your shoulder.
- Pause when the elbow is fully bent and slowly lower the dumbbell into the starting position. Repeat the same movement with your other arm.
Tips
- While bending the elbow, your thumb should be pointing in an upward direction.
- Keep your chest up and back straight.
- Maintain a smooth breathing rhythm throughout the exercise.
