Biceps curl to shoulder press resistance band
How to do it
- Stand tall, holding resistance bands in your hands with elbows straight and palms facing your body.
- Bend your elbows to bring the bands closer to your chest, and once your elbows are fully bent, twist the bands to rotate your palms.
- Now raise the resistance bands overhead by straightening your elbows and lifting your shoulders from the sides. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the sequence.
Tips
- Keep your chest up and back straight throughout the exercise.
- Ensure that your palms face your thighs while performing the biceps curl and face outwards while performing the overhead press.
- Maintain a smooth breathing rhythm throughout the exercise.
