Alternate biceps curls resistance band
How to do it
- Stand tall on the middle of a resistance band with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a handle in each hand with straight elbows, palms facing forward.
- Keeping your upper arms at your sides and close to your body, curl one handle up towards your shoulder by bending your elbow.
- Slowly lower it back to the starting position and repeat with the other arm.
Tips
- Keep your chest up and back straight.
- The movement should be limited to your elbow joints, and your shoulders must remain stationary.
- Maintain a smooth breathing rhythm throughout the exercise.
