These terms apply when you use HAJEX FIT, the website at hajexfit.com and its apps, run by HAJEX Inc. of Montreal, Quebec ("we"). By creating an account or using HAJEX FIT, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
• Calorie targets, meal plans and the food log are meant for adults. If you are under 18, use them only with a parent and your doctor.
• You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission, to buy a trainer's plan.
• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Health and safety

The exercises, videos, instructions, plans, nutrition information and recipes on HAJEX FIT are general information, not medical or nutrition advice. Please read our Health and safety page before you start; it is part of these terms. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. Use equipment as its maker intends and train within your ability.

Nutrition and food information

Calorie and protein targets are estimates, food values are averages from public data such as USDA FoodData Central, and recipes may contain allergens. Check product labels and your own needs; we don't check foods or recipes against your allergies, intolerances or health conditions.

Trainers

Trainers you are matched with are independent professionals, not employees of HAJEX Inc. Any agreement for training sessions is between you and the trainer. We only connect you, with your consent.

Using HAJEX FIT

Please don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other members' data, no automated scraping, no interfering with the site's security or operation, and no use for anything unlawful.

Our content

The exercise videos, pictures, text and design of HAJEX FIT belong to HAJEX Inc. or its licensors. You may use them for your own training. You may not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission. Your own workout logs and notes remain yours.

Availability and changes

We work to keep HAJEX FIT available and accurate, but it may sometimes be interrupted or contain errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a significant way, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HAJEX Inc. is not responsible for injuries, illness or losses that result from how an exercise is performed, from following plans, nutrition information, food values or recipes, or from services provided by independent trainers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other laws that protect consumers.

Ending your use

You can stop using HAJEX FIT at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when we reasonably can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and of Canada that apply there.
