Lunge reverse with resistance band left

How to do it

  1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, the middle of a resistance band under your right foot and a handle in each hand at shoulder height.
  2. Step backward with your left foot and lower your body towards the ground by bending the knees until the back knee is a few inches from the floor.
  3. Push through your right heel to step back into the starting position, and repeat with the same leg.

Tips

  • While performing the lunge, your front thigh should be parallel to the ground.
  • Do not let your back knee touch the ground.
  • Keep your chest up and back straight.
