Decline push up
How to do it
- Get down to the floor and place your legs up on a chair, face down, with your weight pressed on your palms and toes and your elbows straight.
- Lower your chest towards the ground by bending your elbows slowly.
- Keep lowering your chest until it is a few inches away from the ground, and return to the starting position by straightening your elbows.
Tips
- Place your palms on the ground slightly wider than your shoulder width.
- Keep your back straight and avoid hunching it.
- Inhale as you lower your body and exhale as you raise it.
