Chair elevated single leg glute left bridge

How to do it

  1. Lie down on your back with your arms at your sides, palms facing the ground, and place your left foot on the seat of a chair with your knee bent to nearly 90 degrees.
  2. Lift your right leg up towards the ceiling, keeping the knee bent.
  3. Press through your left foot and lift your buttocks off the ground until your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knee.
  4. Slowly lower your buttocks back to the ground and repeat the movement.

Tips

  • Keep your raised leg still throughout the exercise.
  • Keep your hips level and avoid twisting your body.
  • Exhale as you raise your buttocks and inhale as you return to the starting position.
